I just recently got a beaded mesh tank from American Eagle and the Tommy Hilfiger Heather flats with a chiffon and jewel detail and I thought, why not do a sparkly blue outfit! I used a plain black pant and plain blue cardigan to tone down the sparkle so I don’t end up looking like a walking bedazzled human.
